FEED MIXER VALIDATOIN FOR IMPROVED UNIFORMITY

The quality of a mixed feed or a mineral is, in part, the result of the uniform distribution of ingredients throughout. The determination of mixer performance is an important step in high quality complete feed production. SGS offers a 10-sample mixer validation testing protocol for common nutrients including manganese, zinc, sodium, and salt. 

PHYTOSANITARY TESTING FOR EFFICIENT GRAIN EXPORTS

SGS Sherwood Park is authorized by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) to conduct REGAL grain analysis, which is used to generate phytosanitary certificates for container and vessel shipments. Our REGAL services benefits grain handlers with speed of analysis, understanding of quality, and control of document flow to CFIA.  We analyze for the presence of weeds, soil and insects, as designated by the importing country, and will also engage SGS staff for on-site sampling.
